What should I prepare before placing my order?
Before ordering, we recommend confirming:
• Available space and access for delivery
• A flat, level foundation (concrete pad, gravel base, or deck)
• Electrical requirements with a licensed electrician
• Your plan for unloading the crate on delivery day

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because products ship directly from the manufacturer and freight logistics are scheduled quickly, orders typically cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.

What happens after I place my order?
After your order is confirmed:

Do your saunas come fully assembled?
No. All saunas ship as ready-to-assemble kits.
Assembly typically takes 6–10 hours with two people and basic tools. Detailed assembly instructions and dimensional drawings are available on each product page.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes. The HUUM Hive electric heater requires a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
We recommend scheduling your electrician before your sauna arrives so installation can proceed smoothly.
Is the heater included?
Yes. All sauna packages include the HUUM Hive WiFi-enabled electric heater.
Heater size varies by model. Please refer to the individual product page for specifications.
Are the cold plunges chiller-controlled?
Yes. Both Polar Plunge configurations include the Penguin Chiller for active temperature control.
How does shipping work?
All orders ship free via curbside freight delivery within the continental United States.
Your product arrives crated. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery is made to the end of your driveway or curb. Customers are responsible for unloading the crate.
If you have questions about truck access or unloading logistics, we’re happy to help you plan in advance.
How heavy are the crates?
Crates range from approximately 800 to 1,600 lbs depending on the product.
Common unloading solutions include:
• Forklift
• Tilt tow truck
• Tractor or skid steer
• Coordinating a small crew of helpers

Can I get help with assembly or installation?
Yes. Contact us and we can help connect you with an installer in your area when available.
We recommend confirming installation support prior to delivery.
What is the warranty?
Most products carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use (parts only).
The Tranquility MP Barrel Sauna carries a 3-year warranty.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-crafted nature and freight logistics of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
If any components arrive damaged during shipment, replacement parts will be provided at no cost when properly documented at delivery.
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
What wood are your products made from?
All products feature Eastern White Cedar — naturally rot-resistant, insect-repellent, and aromatic.
Left untreated, cedar will weather to a silver-grey patina over time. Applying a UV-protective sealant annually preserves the original tone.
Do I need a foundation or base?
A flat, level surface is recommended.
Concrete pads, gravel beds, or treated wood decks all work well. Avoid placing directly on grass or bare soil.
Can I use my sauna year-round?
Yes. These saunas are handcrafted in Canada and designed for year-round use in a variety of climates.
