Delivery Made Simple
Your sauna ships securely crated via freight carrier directly from the manufacturer.

• Most deliveries arrive via 18-wheel freight truck
Crates range from approximately 800–1,600 lbs depending on configuration. You are responsible for unloading. We recommend arranging a forklift, tilt tow truck, or a crew of helpers.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, photograph the crate and note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing. We will coordinate replacement parts at no cost.
White-glove delivery or installer referrals may be available upon request prior to shipment.
