Delivery Made Simple

Your sauna ships securely crated via freight carrier directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping weight is approximately 1,043 lbs. You are responsible for unloading. We recommend arranging a forklift, tilt tow truck, or crew of helpers prior to delivery.

If visible damage is noted at delivery, photograph the crate and document it on the Bill of Lading before signing. Replacement parts will be coordinated at no cost when properly documented.

White-glove coordination or installer referrals may be available upon request prior to shipment.
